Here we go again....

Wow, is Ashton going to EVER going to get a break? Ashton had a cough for about four weeks and then had an ear infection (first ever, thank goodness)... We started giving him ammoxacillin per doctor's orders and then Saturday morning he woke up with little red dots all over him! Ack! We noticed a few dots Friday night, but they looked like bites- so as soon as I saw him the next morning, I threw all of his bedding in the wash. After putting him in the bath, I realized this was definitely not a result of little critters in his bed. Part of me was really relieved- the other part still confused... Well, to make a long story short- my mom (a nurse) said that it was probably was an allergic reaction. The doctor later confirmed that thought and told us to stop giving him the ammoxacillin (and that his ear infection was gone). Here are some wacky pictures of him today. Poor kid just can't get a break!


Luckily he has not been too irritable. He is such a great kid!
